Climate stabilization is one of the many benefits of a tree based agriculture. France seems to be an initiator of climate awareness. A customer of mine from France ordered a fiddle from me the other day and coincidently, she works for the French ministry of agriculture. She ends up being the senior author of a scientific paper that addresses climate change and its solutions. This paper hasnt even been released yet. It's it everything we already know about industrial agriculture's impact on climate change, but hard research makes it harder to deny and easier to focus our attention on solutions. The French ministry of agriculture has initiated a movement to change the world's agricultural practices to minimize the release of Green House gases (GHG) at (http://4p1000.org/understand). Its recommendations for reducing GHG is in accordance with everything that the Acornucopia Project plans on doing. Clearly, if we want to change things in this world for the better it will be done by us on a grassroots level. What if we balanced the energy that went into protesting our government, with creating and supporting positive actions by the people for the people and of the people like the Acornucopia project?
